Steve Wozniak Will Be in Madrid Today Inaugurating the Congress of Internet in the Classroom


The co-founder of Apple today will give the inaugural conference of the National Congress Internet in the Classroom. All sessions of Congress will be transmitted via streaming … except this one. The event will take place at the Palacio de Congresos in Madrid at 11 o’clock in the morning and will last approximately one hour.

Hitachi Expects to Manufacture Hard Drives of 5 TB by 2010


Hitachi expects to offer a hard drive with five terabytes of storage for 2010, the company told the Nikkei BP, Japan. While the most recent investigations are approaching a terabit per inch, Hitachi said that its technology CPP-GMR (Current Perpendicular to the Plane Giant Magnetoresistance) has improved to such an extent that the company can put 1TB per inch in two years to create a hard drive 5TB on a hard drive desktop 3.5 inches.
